In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), we hereby inform you that the personal data you provide to us via our Website or by email will be processed by JULIA BLESS (hereinafter, “JULIA BLESS”), in its capacity as Data Controller. 4. Invitations and recommendations to third parties

If you use “recommend” or invitation features, you confirm that you have obtained the prior consent of the person you are inviting to provide us with their email address or other necessary details in order to send the invitation, in accordance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD. JULIA BLESS may inform the recipient of the identity of the person sending the invitation. The User sending the recommendation shall be responsible for the lawfulness of such data disclosure.

Your data may be accessed by service providers (such as technology, hosting, email or analytics providers), acting as data processors, in accordance with the safeguards required by the GDPR. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or have your consent.

You must provide the information in the fields marked as mandatory in order for us to process your request or provide the service. Failure to provide this information may prevent us from providing all or part of the services requested.

The User guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided and undertakes to keep it duly up to date. JULIA BLESS may refuse or terminate services should false information be detected, without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken.

Our services are intended for adults. Where a service is specifically aimed at minors, we will seek the consent of their parents or guardians for the collection and processing of their data, in accordance with current legislation. If you are a minor, please do not provide any personal data without the authorisation of your parents or guardians.

14. Communications from unregistered users

Individuals who provide their personal data to JULIA BLESS without being registered users do so for the purposes set out in this policy. Under no circumstances does the mere act of submitting data constitute automatic authorisation for the sending of advertising via electronic means without a valid legal basis (e.g. your prior consent).
